Include SVN revision in versioning information

Description

This will require some modification to the build system. This information is very useful for the updater, when checking if a new release (specifically development builds for testers) is available.

The build system now includes the svn revision as the build number of the version, and it is set to 0 otherwise. The updater will not check for an update if the build number is set to 0, so only "official" builds from the build system will update.
