Description
Ryan reports HR crashes when trying to test fullscreen over the a Remote Desktop session. Even if we can't do fullscreen DirectDraw over Remote Desktop, we should at least find a way to detect the error symptoms and alert the user.
I'd normally mark this critical (since it's a crash), but this is probably a pretty rare use case.
